The Opportunity
- Cultivate Careers & Learning: Spot opportunities in people, provide mentorship, guide growth through feedback, development plans, and coaching. Partner with leadership to evolve the existing learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and programs that prepare team members for future opportunities.
- Strengthen Culture: Be an active champion of culture through engagement initiatives, community-building, and participation in the studio ecosystem. Work with leaders to develop, plan, and execute events that foster connection and collaboration. Be a member of our Health and Safety team as well as our Bcorp initiatives.
- Recruit & Scout: Support organizational structure with progressive recruiting techniques and full-cycle recruitment from Internships to Executive Roles. Uncover the networks of the artists around you and proactively build new connections to build our global team.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, promotions, terminations, leaves, and career development programs. Ensure a smooth, consistent, and legally compliant employee experience.
- Manage HR Systems: Execute HR functions including visa applications and compliance, policies, HR systems, and reporting. Track and analyze talent metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Employee Relations & Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, coaching managers, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a fair and inclusive environment. Bring fresh ideas and curiosity to talent strategy, asking the right questions and pushing for innovation and evolution.
- Collaborate Internationally: Work closely with a network of Talent Managers across Forever, sharing best practices, aligning on global talent strategy, and supporting cross-studio initiatives and knowledge exchange.

- Experience collaborating with international HR/Talent networks or multi-studio organizations.
