Producer

Toronto

Job Description

Tendril exists to amplify the genius of ambitious brands. We help category leaders, innovators, and creators bring their ideas to life through multi-dimensional brand expression — extending brands across motion, sound, toolkits and design systems. Our work enables people to truly see, understand, and appreciate the craft, thinking, and intent behind complex products, platforms, and worlds that might otherwise be missed.

Producers at Tendril sit at the intersection of three disciplines: strategist, project manager, entrepreneur. That blend is the core skillset. They deliver work cleanly; support the creative team; maintain clarity and calm; uphold our standards. A Producer keeps their project healthy and uses every project as a learning experience.

The Opportunity

  • Manage day-to-day project delivery, including schedules, bids, budgets, scopes, and resourcing.
  • Oversee project financials and administration, including vendor and client invoicing.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders, identifying risks early and proposing practical solutions.
  • Maintain project profitability and quality through organized planning and calm, level-headed leadership.
  • Support pitches and proposals with research, organization, and contextual insight.
  • Build trust with clients, vendors, and teammates through accountability, curiosity, and collaboration.
  • Stay composed under pressure, keeping projects on track and teams supported.
  • Seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and use data and creative input to inform decisions.

Come Prepared to Talk About

  • How you manage project delivery across budgets, schedules, scopes, and resourcing.
  • Examples of communicating clearly and proactively with multiple stakeholders under pressure.
  • How you maintain project profitability and quality while supporting creative teams.
  • Your approach to building trust and collaboration with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • How feedback has helped refine your approach or improve project outcomes.
