You’re a natural problem solver who sees every challenge as an opportunity to shine.  You enjoy working in a creative environment and aspire to support a team of 3D and 2D VFX Artists, Animators, Producers and Admin staff.  You work independently and efficiently, but you also find satisfaction when you’re flexing your hands-on creative problem solving skills to solve a variety of technical issues for your team. 

The Opportunity

  • Independently lead the execution of Animation and interactive focused productions that push technological and artistic boundaries
  • Manage project milestones and deliveries in accordance with the schedule, communicating the plan to project team and driving it forward
  • Conduct dailies with project teams, distributing clear client feedback and ensuring objectives are on track
  • Engage with freelance roster, contracting specialists to provide additional skills to productions
  • Collaborate with Executive Producers to architect production plans are realistic and achievable
  • Responsible for launching projects on time and within budget established by Executive Producers
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, leading in-person sessions, facilitating discussions to drive projects forward
  • Ensure that your project teams are consistently practicing a polished process methodology (Scrum, Project Kickoff, Project Actualization etc)
  • Track actuals and manage project budgets, PO’s and invoices flagging concerns to EP
  • Work directly with Finance and EP to actualize projects after launch
  • A passion to push creative boundaries, demonstrating a continuous pattern of acquiring new skills related to software, animation and design
